90-Day Comfort Guarantee:
- To allow your body to adjust to the new mattress, we ask that you sleep on your new mattress for 30 nights, but no more than 90 nights before making an exchange.
- Should you choose to make an exchange, you will be assessed a return shipping fee of $75.

90-Day Comfort Guarantee:
- Should you reselect a mattress of equal or greater value, you will pay the difference plus the $75 return shipping fee.
- Should you reselect a mattress of lesser value, you will receive the difference back minus the $75 return shipping fee.

30-Day Comfort Guarantee
- We will allow a 1-time exchange within the first 30 days for any of our Sealy Innerspring and Royal Sleep mattresses.
- Applicable costs and procedures are same as listed above.

Pillows and Accessories
- Pillows and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged once the pillow or accessory has been removed from the box or the seal has been broken.

Removal of the law label, damage, abuse, soiled or stained mattresses will void your comfort exchange.
No cancellation may be made on the original purchase. The Comfort Guarantee does not apply to furniture, adjustable beds, special order sizes, mattresses sold as-is, floor models, warranty exchanges, pillows, protectors, or sheets.
Warranty Information
All our mattresses sold have a limited warranty that is provided via the manufacturer. Warranty information can be found on the attached warranty booklet on your mattress or at the manufacturer’s website. If you believe you are having an issue other than a comfort issue, you may begin a warranty claim by calling or visiting the manufacture’s website.
